About the role:

Four Seasons Hotel Madrid is looking for a banquet supervisor to join our team. Reporting to the Banquet Manager, this position plays an essential role within the Food & Beverage team, dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. The Banquet supervisor supervises and oversees the service of banquet functions as assigned by the Assistant Banquet Manager and / or Banquet manager.

What you will do:

- Assign specific tasks or services and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks.
- Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
- Train staff to deliver a high-quality service.
- Ability to set up events and workflows as needed for the operation.

What you bring:

We are looking for individuals that strive for excellence and that are highly motivated team players with strong communication and leadership skills.

The ideal candidate will have prior Food & Beverage experience in a similar role and in a luxury resort/hotel setting. He or she must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Our Ideal banquet supervisor will have a flexible schedule with the ability to work morning/afternoon shifts, weekends, and holidays as business requires.

Must have the legal right to work in Spain and have fluency in English and Spanish.

Schedule & Hours:

This is a full-time position.

This role might operate on a rotating shift basis, covering morning and evening shifts throughout the week, including weekends.
