Siamo alla ricerca di un Senior Backend Developer che entrerà a far parte del Dipartimento  Technology&Operations, nell'area Betting Platform, all'interno del team Betting - Risk, Betting Services & Terminal.

Responsabilità principali

- Sviluppare e mantenere servizi backend in C# con .NET 6+ e componenti legacy .NET Framework 4.5+;
- Progettare e integrare API e microservizi, curando affidabilità, performance, osservabilità e gestione degli errori;
- Gestire la persistenza e l’accesso ai dati su SQL Server, MongoDB e Redis, applicando query efficienti e buone pratiche di data access;
- Realizzare integrazioni asincrone e flussi event-driven tramite RabbitMQ e MassTransit;
- Lavorare con Git/GitLab, strategie di branching strutturate e pipeline CI/CD, contribuendo ad attività di testing, code review e documentazione;
- Utilizzare strumenti di AI a supporto dello sviluppo, del testing, dell’analisi e del refactoring, verificandone qualità, sicurezza e correttezza;
- Implementare logiche applicative e integrazioni tra piattaforma centrale, componenti di risk management e canali terminali;
- Analizzare anomalie nei flussi transazionali e nella messaggistica, intervenendo su performance, tracciabilità e resilienza dei servizi.

Requisiti

- Almeno 6 anni di esperienza con C# e .NET Core/.NET 6 o versioni successive;
- Conoscenza di .NET Framework 4.5+ e ottima padronanza di SQL Server;
- Buona conoscenza di MongoDB, Redis e Dapper;
- Familiarità con RabbitMQ, MassTransit e architetture a microservizi;
- Esperienza con Git, GitLab, workflow di branching (preferibilmente Gitflow) e CI/CD;
- Utilizzo di Visual Studio, testing automatizzato e realizzazione/consumo di pacchetti NuGet;
- Capacità di scrivere codice pulito, manutenibile, documentato e testabile;
- Conoscenza operativa degli strumenti di AI per il ciclo di sviluppo, con capacità di revisione critica degli output;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata.

We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer to join our Operations & Technology Department, within the Betting Platform area and the Betting - Risk, Betting Services & Terminal team.

Main Responsibilities

- Developing and maintaining backend services in C# using .NET 6+ and legacy .NET Framework 4.5+ components;
- Designing and integrating APIs and microservices, ensuring reliability, performance, observability and error handling;
- Managing data persistence and access across SQL Server, MongoDB and Redis, applying efficient queries and data access best practices;
- Implementing asynchronous integrations and event-driven flows using RabbitMQ and MassTransit;
- Working with Git/GitLab, structured branching strategies and CI/CD pipelines, contributing to testing, code reviews and documentation;
- Using AI tools to support development, testing, analysis and refactoring, while verifying the quality, security and correctness of their outputs;
- Implementing application logic and integrations between the central platform, risk management components and terminal channels;
- Analysing anomalies in transactional flows and messaging, addressing service performance, traceability and resilience.

Requirements

- At least 6 years of experience with C# and .NET Core/.NET 6 or later versions;
- Knowledge of .NET Framework 4.5+ and strong proficiency in SQL Server;
- Good knowledge of MongoDB, Redis and Dapper;
- Familiarity with RabbitMQ, MassTransit and microservices architectures;
- Experience with Git, GitLab, branching workflows (preferably Gitflow) and CI/CD;
- Experience using Visual Studio, automated testing and creating/consuming NuGet packages;
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, documented and testable code;
- Practical knowledge of AI tools for the software development lifecycle, with the ability to critically review their outputs;
- Good written and spoken English.
