Job Description
Our Communications Team is looking for a creative and detail-oriented individual with a strong sense of rhythm and storytelling to support the editing and post-production of our video content.
What will you do?
- Edit video content for digital, social media, and institutional projects using internally produced footage, archive materials, and external footage.
- Translate creative briefs into engaging edits, shaping structure, pacing, and storytelling throughout the editing process.
- Adapt content for different formats and platforms.
- Handle post-production tasks including color correction, audio cleanup and mixing, and music selection.
- Collaborate on the development of new social media content formats by interpreting trends and evolving editing styles.
We're looking for you if...
- You have professional proficiency in English.
- You can craft a compelling story from raw footage, not just assemble clips.
- You have a strong eye for pacing, editing choices, and attention to detail, as well as a good ear for sound design.
- You are proficient with Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut.
- You understand the editing principles behind social media content, including hooks, video length, subtitles, and platform-specific formats.
- You enjoy staying up to date with digital trends and industry developments.
- You can manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively within a team.
- You bring a proactive mindset, contributing fresh ideas and solutions.
Nice to have
- Basic videography and photography skills, with the ability to capture footage and photos when needed.
