Retail Associate (Full-time Contract)

Porsche Singapore is seeking a passionate and customer-centric Retail Associate to join our Porsche Lifestyle merchandising team at Jewel Changi Airport.

As a Retail Associate, you will deliver excellent customer service, share our brand stories and product knowledge, and create memorable shopping experiences. The ideal candidate is proactive, service-oriented and passionate about retail. You will support daily store operations, maintain merchandise displays and store presentation, and drive sales while building strong customer relationships.

- Manage the customer journey from initial engagement through to purchase, delivering personalised experiences through product presentations and Porsche Lifestyle brand storytelling.
- Maximise sales opportunities by understanding customer needs, recommending suitable products and identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Oversee daily store operations, including customer flow, merchandise displays, stock replenishment, inventory management, and store cleanliness and presentation.
- Proactively engage potential customers to build relationships and generate sales opportunities.
- Support sales and marketing campaigns and events to promote Porsche and contribute to its overall success.

Requirements

- Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Residents (SPR) are preferred
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in luxury retail, premium fashion or a similar customer-facing role, including internship or part-time experience.
- Passionate about the Porsche brand, with an appreciation for Porsche Lifestyle products and brand heritage.
- Well-groomed and professionally presented, reflecting Porsche's premium brand image.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to engage customers and bring Porsche's brand and product stories to life.
- Commercially minded, with a proactive approach to customer engagement, sales and relationship building.
- Responsible, reliable and punctual, with a strong sense of ownership and commitment to good attendance.
- Adaptable, self-motivated and eager to learn, with a positive can-do attitude.
- Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
