You’ll build and develop the team, establish clear processes and standards, and support a consistent, compliant, high-quality experience for colleagues across the affiliate.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop the team and foster a culture focused on responsiveness, quality, collaboration, compliance and continuous improvement.
- Design and implement end-to-end processes, SOPs, workflows and governance. Review existing ways of working to improve consistency, simplicity and control.
- Identify opportunities to standardize, simplify, automate and digitalize processes, and use business needs and stakeholder feedback to guide ongoing improvements.
- Oversee compliant administrative support for meetings, events, sponsorships, speaker engagements, purchasing and other business activities.
- Partner with Compliance, Finance, Procurement and other functions to maintain strong governance and audit readiness.
- Coordinate service-oriented facility and office management, external vendors, and local implementation of Environment, Health & Safety requirements.
- Work with relevant regional and global functions on local security, business continuity and emergency preparedness.
- Oversee support for internal and external meetings and leadership forums, including logistics, vendor coordination, purchasing and invoicing.

Qualifications

- Experience leading business support, shared services, operations or another process-driven service function.
- Demonstrated people leadership experience, including building and developing teams through change.
- Proven ability to design and implement processes and operating models, including SOPs, workflows, governance and service standards.
- A strong end-to-end process mindset and experience driving continuous improvement; experience in optimization, standardization, automation or shared-service transformation is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated experience with compliance processes, as ensuring effective controls and governance will be a fundamental part of this role.
- Experience in facility management, EHS, security or vendor management would be an advantage.
- Strong stakeholder-management skills and the ability to work effectively across functions and countries.
- Structured, analytical and solution-oriented, with attention to detail and an end-to-end perspective.
- Fluent English and Czech and/or Slovak language capability.
