Location: Hedge End store
Contract Type: Part-Time (20 hours over 3-5 days per week)
Temporary 6 months
Exact daily hours and working patterns will be discussed at the interview stage.

The Role:
Our creative team is widely recognised across the retail sector for delivering engaging, high-standard window concepts and in-store displays.
As an In-Store Display Assistant, you will play a key part in bringing our retail environment to life. Working in close partnership with the Display Manager, you will assist in setting up, styling, and maintaining displays that capture customer attention, showcase our product ranges effectively, and support overall sales performance.

What You'll Take On:

- Build outfits, dress mannequins, and curate visual merchandising features across the store to display our collections at their best.
- Respond proactively to seasonal trends, customer demand, and stock changes, updating setups promptly when lines sell out to maximise sales.
- Partner with store colleagues, management, and the regional visual merchandising team to align on fixture layouts, floor positioning, and stock presentation.
- Support the regional display team during major seasonal window transitions and campaign launches as needed.
- Position promotional graphics, signage, and marketing materials accurately to reinforce campaign messaging and visual impact.
- Regularly review, refresh, and maintain displays so they remain clean, well-organised, and fully aligned with brand guidelines.
- Follow all company health and safety procedures, complete required security training, and ensure safe working practices during all setup activities.

What You'll Bring:

- An active interest in fashion trends and a background or keen interest in creative styling or design.
- A clear understanding of the customer profile and an eye for presenting outfits that resonate with our shoppers.
- Previous experience within retail, visual merchandising, or a related creative discipline is welcome, though an eye for detail and enthusiasm for presentation are just as essential.
- Strong organisation and time-management skills, with the ability to balance multiple practical tasks in a busy retail setting.
- A collaborative mindset, working cooperatively alongside store teams, field teams, and product specialists.
- Clear, approachable communication skills across all levels of the store team.
- Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities, with the willingness to work occasional evenings, weekends, or overnight setups where required.
- The physical capability to lift, move, and adjust display fixtures, mannequins, and merchandising materials safely.
