Service Advisor
- 5+ years of prior experience as a service writer at an auto or heavy machinery dealership preferred
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to communicate and relate to all levels (inc. most senior) within IAA, client’s organizations, and strategic partners through any available medium (verbal, listening, writing, and presenting)
- Demonstrate professionalism
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to meet strict deadlines under demanding work conditions.
- Ability to lower repair and maintenance costs.
- Ability to work with repair and maintenance service providers to assess service needs.
- Experience as a heavy equipment mechanic a plus.
- Work both indoors and outdoors year-round, and climb on and off large equipment and trucks
- Travel upto 25% of time
