This leader will build a multi-year roadmap to improve asset health, equipment reliability, facility performance, and maintenance capability while ensuring strong day-to-day maintenance execution. The role requires a leader who is equally comfortable developing strategy in the conference room and driving execution on the plant floor. This position will bring a strong combination of Maintenance, Engineering, and Manufacturing Operations experience, with demonstrated success transforming maintenance organizations from reactive environments toward disciplined preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance. The role partners closely with Operations, Engineering, EHS, Continuous Improvement, Supply Chain, and plant leadership to ensure assets and facilities are safe, reliable, capable, and positioned to support long-term growth.

·       Build a high-performing maintenance and reliability organization by developing leaders, planners, supervisors, engineers, and skilled trades personnel.

·       Establish enterprise standards, roles, competency expectations, career paths, training, succession plans, and knowledge-sharing practices.

·       Create a culture in which Operations and Maintenance jointly own equipment reliability and asset health, including effective autonomous maintenance practices.

·       Develop an enterprise MRO and critical spare-parts strategy based on equipment criticality, lead time, failure risk, and operational impact.

·       Partner with Supply Chain and Procurement to improve vendor strategy, inventory effectiveness, standardization, and total maintenance cost.

·       Ensure maintenance work is performed safely and in compliance with company standards and applicable regulations, including electrical safety, machine guarding, lockout/tagout, contractor management, and safe-work permitting.
