These are your tasks:

- Take ownership of incidents, service requests, process and customizing questions and smaller changes in you specialist area

- Clarify requirementes directly with customers, analye root causes and coordinate solutions through implementation and closure.

- Support and further develop productive SAP landscape while ensuring stable business-critical processes.

- Collaborate across SAP modules, Development, Basis and external partners to resolve cross functional issues.

- Document reusable solutions, share knowledge and contribute to the continuous improvement of support quality and processes.

What you should bring:

- Practical SAP experience and the ability to independently cover at least one of the following areas:

Logistics: SAP MM and/or SD, additional knowledge of EWM/WM, PM, PS or related logistics modules is an advantage.

- Production: SAP PP and/or QM, strong knowledge of integrated production and logistics porcesses is an advantage.

- Finance: SAP FI and/or CO; additional knowledge of CO-PA or FI-AA is an advantage

- Devlepment & Integration: ABAP, interfaces, SAP BTP, forms, reports and advanced technical troucleshooting

- A structured, independent and customer oriented way of working with a strong interes in root cause analysis and sustainable solutions.

- Clear communication, enjoyment of direct customer contact and willigness to collaborate across modules and disciplines.

- Professional competence in the area of integration with SAP modules with the Service Modules

- Business fluent in German and English
