About this role

Accountabilities:

- Develop foundational value propositions, messaging hierarchies, and feature-positioning guides that translate complex software capabilities into clear, benefit-driven narratives for sales teams, Customer Success, and customers.

- Partner with Product Enablement, R&D, and Customer Success leadership to design and continuously improve the go-to-market release framework, including communication tiers, release service-level agreements, and launch-readiness criteria.

- Help define low-friction release communication strategies, including in-app changelogs and public product updates, encouraging feature discovery while minimizing unnecessary notifications.

- Design, experiment with, and supervise an autonomous AI-powered Digital Product Marketing Agent responsible for tasks such as competitive intelligence monitoring and release-readiness audits.

- Review and refine AI-generated documentation, changelogs, and competitive insights to maintain quality, brand consistency, and strategic positioning.

- Experiment with AI tools, prompts, agents, and automation workflows to increase team efficiency and scale repeatable marketing activities.

- Own and expand the customer advocacy and reference program, building an active network of district leaders, customer champions, and power users.

- Identify, interview, and develop customer success stories, case studies, ROI metrics, video testimonials, and renewal-supporting content across product lines.

- Collaborate with Customer Success and Account Management to create value-delivery templates, quarterly business review presentations, and renewal materials that demonstrate customer impact.

- Gather and synthesize customer feedback, adoption trends, support insights, and community discussions to inform product priorities and improve the customer experience.

- Map customer communication touchpoints across in-app messages, email, webinars, and Customer Success interactions to coordinate releases and reduce notification fatigue.

- Act as the primary Product Marketing partner to Customer Success, aligning release schedules, messaging, enablement, and customer change-management activities.

- Support customer engagement initiatives—including Lunch & Learns, webinars, Level-Up sessions, and community updates—with presentation decks, messaging templates, and demonstration scripts.

Requirements:

- 5–8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, go-to-market operations, or customer marketing, ideally within a multi-product software platform.

- Strong product marketing fundamentals, including messaging development, competitive positioning, value propositions, and multi-channel storytelling.

- A builder’s mindset, with the ability to create systems from the ground up, solve ambiguous operational challenges, and turn complex processes into scalable frameworks.

- Excellent interviewing, writing, and storytelling skills, with demonstrated experience translating customer outcomes into compelling case studies and advocacy initiatives.

- Proven ability to collaborate closely with customer-focused Customer Success teams, understand their workflows, and support their work through effective content and processes.

- Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to align Product, Engineering, Marketing, and customer-facing teams.

- Confidence experimenting with AI tools, large language model prompts, automation workflows, and emerging go-to-market technologies.

- A proactive, adaptable approach, with strong organizational skills and the ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.

Benefits:

- Competitive salary based on experience.

- Medical, dental, and vision insurance.

- Life insurance.

- 401(k) plan with employer matching.

- Paid time off (PTO).

- Opportunities for personal and professional development.

- Energetic, collaborative work environment where employee perspectives are valued.

- Emphasis on work-life balance.

- Option to work remotely or from office locations in downtown Atlanta or Alpharetta, subject to the role’s working arrangements. Candidates local to the Atlanta area may be asked about availability to work onsite two days per week.
