The Vehicle Overdue Associate will protect company assets by managing overdue rental cases from first contact through vehicle recovery. You will work across multiple channels — phone, email, and coordination with field personnel — to resolve situations efficiently and professionally.

What You’ll Do:

- Contact renters, corporate sales accounts, and field locations via inbound and outbound calls and emails regarding overdue cases.
- Document all case activity accurately in the Case Management database, including contact attempts, notes, and status updates and contract extensions.
- Update Wizard and/or Compass system with all relevant details for overdue vehicles.
- Issue certified demand letters and initiate repossession orders when warranted; follow up with repo companies on recovery progress.
- Prepare and forward documentation to field security personnel once all in-house recovery options have been exhausted.
- Coordinate with field personnel and security managers to escalate vehicles to missing/alarm status and obtain police reports.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with field teams to ensure timely and effective communication.

What We're Looking For:

- High School Diploma or GED required.

- Prior customer service or call center experience, with comfort handling both inbound and outbound calls.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate clearly in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic PC navigation.

- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple open cases simultaneously.

- Collaborative mindset with a commitment to integrity and follow-through.

The hourly starting salary for this position is $20.53 hourly. This position is also eligible for up to 5% bonus opportunities. [long-term incentive compensation awards].
