# Job Description Summary
At GE Aerospace, we believe the world works better when it flies. We design and build jet engines, components, and integrated systems for commercial and military aircraft.
As the Muskegon Multi-Site Quality Leader, you are accountable for product quality and quality performance across all Muskegon, Michigan turbine airfoil manufacturing sites. These sites produce high-volume high-pressure and low-pressure turbine airfoils for major GE Aerospace products.
You own the quality results that affect plant and part-family performance. This includes product conformity, incoming quality, supplier oversight, Quality Event Management (QEM), Material Review Board (MRB), losses, first-time yield, Quality Management System compliance, and Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) execution.
You report directly to the Executive Part Family Quality Leader. You lead the site quality organization and make quality decisions that protect product conformity, customer requirements, regulatory compliance, delivery, and cost. This role has direct, daily impact on GE Aerospace's highest volume high-pressure and low-pressure turbine airfoil operations and major product offerings. The role requires high operational judgment. You assess complex information, ask effective questions, develop practical solutions, and lead actions that improve quality performance.
