· Establish clear escalation expectations for drawing questions, specification discrepancies, non-conforming material, equipment concerns, and quality issues.
· Drive root-cause problem solving and corrective action to reduce defects, scrap, rework, warranty exposure, and customer disruption.

Own Financial & Operational Performance
· Own fabrication financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, cost-to-serve visibility, and return on investment.
· Establish disciplined estimating, costing, pricing support, and job-level performance reviews in partnership with Finance and Commercial leaders.
· Use data to identify margin leakage, scrap, rework, expedite costs, equipment downtime, labor inefficiency, and underutilized capacity.
· Define and review KPIs for safety, quality, first-pass yield, on-time completion, lead time, productivity, labor, capacity utilization, scrap, rework, customer experience, and financial performance.
Build People, Capability & Reece Culture
