Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join a project-oriented environment focused on the evolution of business management applications and the optimization of business processes.

The successful candidate will play a key role in connecting business users, process owners and technical teams, contributing to requirements definition, application solution design and implementation.

The main objective will be to translate clients' operational needs into effective, integrated functional and technical implementation solutions, ensuring consistency with the organizational and technological context.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business processes, operational needs and the requirements of different stakeholders.
- Gather, formalize and prioritize functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring their traceability throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Translate business requirements into functional and implementation specifications, workflows, data models and operational guidelines for development teams.
- Support the functional design of application solutions and their integration with existing systems.
- Collaborate with developers, architects and suppliers throughout the design, implementation and release phases.
- Coordinate functional testing, validation and user acceptance activities, ensuring that solutions meet the defined requirements.

Requirements

- Experience in functional analysis and business process modeling.
- Ability to gather, manage, prioritize and document requirements.
- Ability to translate complex operational needs into functional solutions and implementation specifications.
- Knowledge of major business management systems, such as ERP, Asset Management, Logistics, Procurement and Reporting.
- Understanding of application architectures, system integrations and data flows.
- Experience in preparing functional documentation and facilitating stakeholder workshops.
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
