About PerformWell
PerformWell, LLC runs employee wellness challenges for companies that want to invest in the health of their teams. Our challenges run 4, 6, 8, or 12 weeks. Each participant gets an easy-to-use app paired with a smart scale, plus a real coach who helps them build simple, lasting habits around nutrition, activity, and mindfulness.
We also run four individual challenges a year that are open to the public: New Year New You, Spring Into Strength, Fall Reset, and the Holiday Challenge.
