Join our Group Sustainability & Compliance Services team and work on a wide range of topics within the compliance agenda at one of the world’s largest logistics companies.

We’re looking for someone who is structured, organized, and ready to take on challenges in a dynamic, international environment. If you enjoy solving complex problems, working with people, and making sure things run smoothly — this might be the perfect role for you!

What will help you succeed:

- You’re a great team player and know how to communicate clearly with both internal and external stakeholders.

- You’re comfortable handling complex topics and can break them down using logical and analytical thinking.

- You know how to gather input from different sources and turn it into clear, actionable insights — both in writing and in conversation.

What you’ll be doing:

In this role, you’ll help keep our day-to-day compliance services running smoothly while supporting the development and improvement of our processes and digital solutions.

- Learn our end-to-end compliance processes and turn business needs into clear requirements and documentation.

- Handle standard compliance requests in line with agreed procedures, coordinate clarifications, maintain accurate records, and follow up to ensure completion.

- Support the ongoing development and improvement of our cloud-based compliance application.

- Analyse cross-departmental processes and identify opportunities to standardise, digitise, and automate them using ServiceNow, Excel, VBA, Power Query, Power Automate, and AI tools.

- Work with business and technical stakeholders on solution design, testing, implementation, user guidance, and backlog management.

- Gather feedback, monitor improvements, and share key findings with the relevant teams.

Our requirements:

- Excellent command of English — both written and spoken.

- Strong communication skills — both verbal and written

- Basic understanding of cloud-based platforms and a strong interest in learning how business applications support and automate processes; previous ServiceNow experience is not required.

- Ability to learn compliance and business processes quickly, ask relevant questions, and identify practical opportunities for improvement, standardization, or automation.

- Basic familiarity with work organization and documentation tools such as Jira and Confluence, or similar solutions.

- A structured, process-oriented mindset with great attention to detail.

- A high sense of responsibility and ability to meet tight deadlines.

- Advanced skills in MS Office (especially Excel).

- Experience with automation or data-transformation tools, such as VBA, Power Query, Power Automate, or similar solutions, would be an advantage.

What we offer:

- Employment based on an employment contract, along with a comprehensive benefits package

- Training and development programs, as well as access to an e-learning platform

- Onboarding program with the support of a dedicated Buddy

- Participation in an annual, company-wide integration event

- A work environment based on Scandinavian organizational culture

- Opportunities for growth through our internal program

- Private medical care

- Sharing the costs of foreign language classes

- Sharing the costs of professional training & courses
