About this role

Want to make a real difference to people’s lives by helping them hear better? As an Audiology Practitioner at Specsavers, you’ll work alongside our Hearing Aid Dispensers (HADs) and wider store teams to help more customers access the hearing care they need.

With dedicated training, via Specsavers Audiology Practitioner course, and support from an experienced HAD, you’ll have the opportunity to develop a wide range of valuable clinical skills. From performing wax removals using microsuction, to repairing and programming hearing aids, you’ll gain hands-on experience while building your knowledge and confidence in audiology.

And this is just the beginning. As you grow in your role, you could explore exciting opportunities to progress into other positions within your store or across the wider Specsavers business. With plenty of opportunities to learn, develop and progress, your career journey starts here.

Do you have a wax removal qualification?

We’re particularly keen to hear from candidates who already hold a wax removal (microsuction) qualification, especially those who have completed one of the following programmes:

- Audiology Academy HCA Course

- Starkey HCA Course

- University-led HCA programme

- Specsavers AP course
