We are seeking a Source-to-Contract and Third Party Management Process Lead

You’ll own critical processes across a complex, regulated organisation and work with senior stakeholders around the world to build scalable, controlled and commercially effective services.

In this role, you will:

- Own and set the direction for global S2C and TPM processes, including standards, procedures, service catalogues, operating models and implementation roadmaps.
- Lead process, technology and data improvement, prioritising requirements, defects, automation and change across enabling platforms.
- Oversee third-party risk and control effectiveness, including due diligence, contracting, monitoring, assurance, audit responses and remediation.
- Monitor performance and provide senior reporting, using KPIs, KRIs, management information and dashboards to identify weaknesses and emerging risks.
- Lead global stakeholders and teams, coordinating Procurement, Legal, Risk, Technology, Compliance, Audit, suppliers and service partners across a matrix organisation.

To be successful in this role you should have the following skills:

- Significant senior experience in procurement, Source-to-Contract, third-party risk, contract lifecycle and supplier performance management ideally within a large, complex and regulated organisation.
- Expert knowledge of strategic sourcing, contract lifecycle management, supplier relationship and performance management, and third-party risk management.
- Experience designing and improving global operating models, including processes, controls, technology, data and service delivery.
- Strong risk, governance and regulatory capability, including operational risk, audit, remediation and the Three Lines of Defence model.
- Exceptional leadership and influencing skills, with experience delivering transformation through global, multidisciplinary and matrix teams.
