Engineer II Projects

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent engineering graduate or early-career engineer looking to build a career in project execution within a leading EPC environment. The successful candidate will work closely with experienced Project Engineers and Project Managers while supporting projects across the food & beverage, specialty chemicals, consumer products, oil & gas, and industrial manufacturing sectors . The Project Engineer I role is designed as a developmental position that provides exposure to all phases of project execution, including engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and startup. Successful candidates will gain the experience and mentorship needed to grow into a Project Engineer and future Project Management leadership roles.
Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Civil, Industrial, or related Engineering discipline.
- 0-3 years of engineering experience.
- Internship, co-op, or project experience within engineering, manufacturing, construction, industrial operations, or EPC environments is highly valued.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Eagerness to learn project execution, engineering coordination, and project management principles.
Preferred
- Internship or co-op experience supporting industrial, manufacturing, food & beverage, chemical, or oil & gas projects.
- Exposure to engineering design, project coordination, construction, or operations environments.
- Familiarity with project schedules, budgeting, or project controls concepts.
- EIT certification or desire to pursue professional registration.
- Interest in long-term career growth within project engineering and project management.
