Baptist Health is hiring a Clinical Support Coordinator for the Navigation Team in Jacksonville, Florida. This is a full-time days position located at Baptist MD Anderson.
Baptist MD Anderson is seeking a Clinical Support Coordinator to support their Nurse Navigator Team. The ideal candidate for this role would have previous medical office/coordination experience and obtains excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Clinical Support Coordinator, Baptist MD Anderson, Job Responsibilities:
- Supports Clinical Team Managers in their daily interactions with patients, physicians and field clinicians.
- Supports Clinical Team with administrative tasks.
- Promotes harmonious relationships with the Clinical Team Managers, field clinicians, physicians, office staff and patients to ensure coordination of care.
- Works under the direction of the Clinical Team Manager.
Education & Credential Requirements:
- High School Diploma Required
