YOUR MISSIONS

As CoE Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the Center of Excellence activities, ensuring the continuous improvement, consistency and effective deployment of our HR solutions and tools.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- NUBO Management & Coordination: Coordinate the existing NUBO team, oversee the maintenance of existing modules and drive the development and implementation of new functionalities (e.g. SmartRecruiters, Payroll).

- SuccessFactors Release Management: Manage SAP SuccessFactors releases, including impact analysis, preparation of release-related communications, webinars and training sessions.

- SuccessFactors Training: Coordinate and deliver training initiatives to ensure knowledge sharing and optimal adoption of SuccessFactors solutions.

- Pre-Sales Materials Management: Ensure that pre-sales documentation and materials are regularly reviewed, updated and maintained to reflect the latest solutions and functionalities.

- HRP SuccessFactors Tools Management: Oversee the management and continuous improvement of HRP SuccessFactors tools (e.g. SAP Store), including maintenance, documentation and the creation of new tools or resources.

- Internal Demo Instances Management: Ensure the harmonization and coordination of internal demo environments, working closely with local Points of Contact (POCs) across countries.

YOUR PROFILE

- Previous experience in a Center of Excellence (CoE) Lead or similar coordination/management role would be a strong advantage.

- Good knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and its ecosystem.

- Ability to coordinate teams and manage multiple activities and stakeholders simultaneously.

- Strong organizational and project management skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly in the context of training, webinars and knowledge sharing.

- Ability to work collaboratively in an international and multicultural environment.

- Strong sense of ownership, autonomy and continuous improvement.
