The ideal candidate will have previous experience in automotive dealership accounting, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage a high volume of transactions and paperwork accurately and efficiently. A strong understanding of dealership accounting processes and excellent attention to detail are essential for success in this position.

- Solid understanding of automotive dealership accounting procedures.
- Ability to handle a high volume of paperwork and meet deadlines.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
- Valid driver's license.
- Must be willing to complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Job Responsibilities
- Process and post vendor invoices accurately.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and disburse payments and checks.
- Balance statements and ensure financial records are finalized accurately.
- Verify payment information and prepare accounts payable for processing.
- Monitor past-due accounts and follow up on outstanding balances and returned checks.
- Reconcile and prepare daily cash deposits.
- Reconcile and process daily credit card deposits.
- Enter finalized cash receipts and maintain accurate accounts receivable records.
- Maintain and update vendor 1099 information.
- Prepare and process year-end 1099 forms and reports.
- Monitor and maintain adequate office supplies.
- Research and respond to vendor and customer account inquiries.
- Assist with maintaining accurate and organized accounting records.
