Under the direction of the Vice President of Enrollment Management, the Director of Undergraduate Admissions provides leadership to the Undergraduate Admissions staff in the administration of and the Admissions and Recruitment processes for all academic programs at Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady University (FranU); Supports the institutional enrollment goals and objectives of the University as a whole; Support the University’s commitment to diversity and inclusiveness as core institutional values through holistic Recruitment and Admissions practices; Maintain ultimate responsibility for oversight of all phases of the Recruitment and Admissions process for all Undergraduate Academic Programs, while providing a high level of professional, courteous service to FranU’s stakeholders (current and prospective students, advisors, alumni, faculty and staff). #CB
EXPERIENCE
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in Student Admissions, required; Two (2) years of supervisory experience, required
EDUCATION
- Master’s Degree, preferred
SPECIAL SKILLS
- Experience with Banner, Datatel Colleague, Ellucian, Technolutions Slate, or other Admissions databases
