The Mission
Miami Valley Gaming is hiring a Count Team Member - Laborer to keep the count process running fast, accurate, and secure—so the action on the floor never misses a beat. Youll support the Cage/Count operation by moving and handling cash boxes and helping ensure funds are accounted for correctly.
Key responsibilities:
- Maintain an orderly cart of empty and full boxes
- Remove cash boxes from gaming machines and replace with empty boxes
- Count currency from collected cash boxes with speed and precision
Required qualifications/skills:
- Dependable and able to work independently in a controlled environment
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with cash
- Able to meet background check/gaming license eligibility requirements

Your Morning Run
Your day starts early (5am–1pm) as the building powers up and the behind-the-scenes pace picks up fast. Youll rotate through the route with the team, keeping your cart staged and your workflow tight as you move from machine to machine. Back in the count area, the focus turns to accuracy—steady hands, sharp eyes, and a rhythm that keeps everything on track. When the work wraps ahead of schedule, you still get guaranteed 8 hours of pay, so you can head out knowing you finished strong.
