About the role:
Issaquah, WA
We are looking for a Financial Analyst to support financial planning, project accounting, capital management, cash flow forecasting, and treasury-related activities.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can get started quickly and work with project financials, budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and financial modeling. The Financial Analyst will support budgeting and forecasting processes, variance analysis, financial reporting, and cash management while ensuring financial data is accurate and reliable.
You will report directly to the SVP, CFO & Treasurer of Accounting. This is a 6-month temporary assignment with a high probability of extension or potential conversion to a permanent position as we continue to grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project accounting, capital spending, and cash flow forecasting.
- Prepare and update weekly, 13-week, monthly, and quarterly cash forecasts.
- Develop and monitor project budgets, cost reports, and spending forecasts.
- Track actual costs against budgets and analyze financial and P&L variances.
- Review labor, equipment, material, and subcontractor project costs.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis.
- Reconcile financial data and ensure reporting accuracy.
- Monitor key metrics, including cash forecast vs. actuals, borrowing, interest, and line-of-credit usage.
- Help with financial and Treasury systems, including OneStream implementation.
- Support financial modeling, ad hoc analysis, and special projects.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant financial analysis/accounting experience.
- Experience with project accounting, capital management, and cash flow forecasting.
- Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling experience.
- OneStream and/or Treasury experience is a plus.

We are committed to transparency and equity in all our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $54.00/hour to $58.00/hour.
