About the assignment
We are looking for a Technical ServiceNow Engineer to work on our team.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end Hardware Asset Management processes for POS/checkout hardware, covering deployment, replacement, repair, return, reuse and retirement.
- Configure and evolve ServiceNow HAM structures, asset data, lifecycle states, integrations and automation, ensuring high data quality and minimal manual administration.
- Coordinate across CCP, Hardware teams, ServiceNow teams, Sales Markets and partners, documenting processes, establishing governance/KPIs and driving implementation.
Requirements
Mandatory
- Strong hands-on experience with Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and hardware lifecycle management.
- Advanced experience with ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management, including asset structures, lifecycle processes, data quality, integrations and automation.
- Experience designing scalable HAM processes and governance in complex environments, preferably involving POS, retail hardware, logistics, repair/RMA and field services.
- Senior/Expert Technical Engineer with proven experience establishing or transforming Hardware Asset Management capabilities in large organizations.
- Able to independently design and drive implementation end-to-end, from technical solution and integrations through processes, governance and operational handover.
- Strong stakeholder leadership across multiple teams, markets and partners, while remaining hands-on and ensuring sustainable documentation and knowledge transfer.
