Are you ready to harness your technical skills and transform your passion into hands-on experience?

We are seeking a passionate Software Engineering with a strong interest in developing and maintaining .NET C# microservices, database and cloud solutions. Join our team to help expand our capabilities and deliver the next generation of messaging solutions.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Engage in Agile/Scrum methodologies— participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to optimize team performance.
- Collaborative Development: Work within a global, multi-site environment, leveraging best practices in code reviews, testing, software engineering and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
- Quality Assurance: Design and execute a comprehensive suite of tests—including unit, integration, system, load, and acceptance tests—to ensure the integrity and reliability of our applications.
- Microservices Architecture: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect, develop, and deploy microservices using .NET C# that meet scalability and performance benchmarks.
- Ongoing learning: Staying up to date with the latest technologies and industry trends. Contribute to the improvement of existing software development processes
- Continuous Improvement and Learning: Proactively contribute to enhancing existing software development processes. Maintain current knowledge of the latest technologies and industry trends.
- Preferred Skills: Solid understanding of software engineering principles, object-oriented programming (OOP) principles, and design patterns.
- Proficiency in .NET C# and Node.js.
- Experience in building and deploying RESTful microservices.
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL database technologies (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug complex systems.
- Proficient with version control systems, particularly Git.
- Knowledge of frontend frameworks like AngularJS is a plus.
- Understanding of Pub-Sub systems and message brokers (e.g., Service Bus, Event Hubs or Event Grid, RabbitMQ, Kafka) is a plus.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure is advantageous.

Target Base Salary Range: $73,800  - $97,600 USD

Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
