Senior Manager, Enterprise Planning Solutions (Anaplan)

The Sr. Manager, Enterprise Planning Solutions leads the roadmap, design and ongoing ecosystem of enterprise planning solutions across the organization globally. The role serves as the product and solution owner for the enterprise planning landscape, partnering with business teams to understand needs, establish priorities and deliver solutions that improve planning capabilities across functions and divisions.

The role has responsibility for the organization’s global FP&A, Sales, Inventory and Production Planning solutions and the platforms that support them, including Anaplan, Hyperion and other home-grown planning tools.

The Sr. Manager combines strong product ownership and business partnership with hands-on technical knowledge of enterprise planning platforms to guide solution design, development, delivery and ongoing evolution.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the global Enterprise Planning Solutions roadmap and ecosystem, establishing priorities across new capabilities, enhancements, platform evolution and ongoing business needs.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs, define requirements and shape scalable solutions across planning functions and divisions.
- Lead solution delivery across Anaplan, Hyperion and other planning tools, from requirements and design through development, testing, implementation and ongoing enhancement.
- Lead internal planning solutions resources and external partners, establishing priorities and ensuring effective delivery across the portfolio.
- Partner closely with Business, Technology and Data teams to deliver and support the end-to-end global planning ecosystem.
- Provide technical leadership and hands-on expertise to guide solution design, development decisions, platform capabilities and complex enhancements.
- Manage the planning solutions backlog, balancing strategic initiatives, enhancements and ongoing support needs.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

- Extensive hands-on Anaplan model building experience and deep knowledge of Hyperion and enterprise planning technologies.
- Significant experience leading enterprise planning solutions and large-scale, complex planning projects.
- Proven product ownership experience, including roadmap development, prioritization, requirements definition and end-to-end solution delivery.
- Deep understanding of enterprise planning processes, multidimensional modeling, data and integrations.
- Experience leading internal technical resources and external delivery partners.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across business and technology teams in a global organization.
Qualifications
- Anaplan Solution Architect certification required.
- Master Anaplanner certification preferred.
