Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.
Looking for a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in a child's life? A family in the Eau Claire, WI, area is seeking a compassionate and dependable caregiver to support a child in the provider's home. Location : Eau Claire, WI (Provider's Home) Pay : $14.14 per hour Schedule : Approximately 20 hours per week Days : Week day Evening/after school hours and/or Friday, Saturday, and Sunday Flexible scheduling within those days Responsibilities: • Provide supervision and support for the child • Take the child into the community for fun, age-appropriate activities • Build a positive, trusting relationship with the child and their family • Encourage engagement, social interaction, and skill development • Ensure a safe and supportive environment Qualifications: • Experience working with children is preferred
• Experience supporting autistic children is highly desired
• CPR certification is a plus, but not required
• Reliable, patient, caring, and committed to making a positive impact
