About this role
Small businesses are the backbone of the American economy, and the marketing that supports them deserves the same ambition they bring to their work. This is your opportunity to take ownership of one of the firm's most visible annual moments — a nationwide celebration of entrepreneurship that reaches business owners when they need support most. You'll join a team of creative and marketing strategists whose mission is to amplify the Chase for Business brand to small business owners across the US, overseeing paid and owned content while partnering closely with our public relations team to drive earned coverage. If you think in campaigns — not tasks — and thrive at the intersection of creative strategy and hands-on execution, this role was built for you.
As a Senior Associate, Campaign Lead on the Brand Creative and Advertising team within Consumer & Community Banking's Business Banking Marketing organization, you will own marketing and creative for the American Dream Initiative's Business Growth and Entrepreneurship pillar and lead Business Banking's largest paid, earned, and owned campaign of the year: National Small Business Month. You'll shape campaign strategy, oversee creative execution, and ensure the work shows up consistently across channels — bringing a campaign marketer's instincts to a role that blends strategic ownership with real-world execution. Based in Wilmington, Delaware, you'll work in close partnership with the Vice President of Campaign Lead, cross-functional marketing teams, bankers, PR, and external agencies to deliver work that reaches small business owners nationwide and reflects the firm's commitment to entrepreneurship.
