Field Sales Representative

£30,000 basic salary + uncapped commission | £45,000+ realistic OTE | Top earners £80,000+

Freddie’s Flowers is growing its face-to-face sales team and we're looking for confident, outgoing and driven Field Sales Representatives to help introduce our fresh, seasonal flowers to new customers.

This is a hands-on, target-driven sales role where you'll approach members of the public, start conversations, deliver our sales pitch and convert interest into new subscriptions.

You'll represent Freddie’s Flowers at festivals, markets, busy high streets, pop-ups and exciting brand partnerships across Bristol and the South West.

Working five days a week (40–42 hours), Tuesday to Sunday, you'll enjoy a varied role with three weekends on followed by one full weekend off. You'll travel between locations by van or e-bike, with occasional overnight stays.

We offer full sales training, ongoing coaching and genuine opportunities to develop and progress.

Commission is uncapped and paid monthly. OTE is performance-dependent and not guaranteed.

Requirements

- Previous face-to-face sales experience preferred, ideally in events, markets, fundraising, promotions, retail or street sales
- Confident approaching strangers, handling objections and closing sales
- Resilient, target-driven and motivated by earning commission
- Full, clean UK driving licence held for at least two years
- Aged 25+ (vehicle insurance requirement)
- Confident driving a van and comfortable riding an e-bike
- Live within commuting distance of Bristol
- Happy travelling across the South West, including occasional overnight stays
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available)
