What youll do

- Diagnose and repair hydraulic, electrical, and engine problems on aerial lifts, telehandlers, compact equipment, and more

- Read schematics and use diagnostic software to find the root cause instead of throwing parts at it

- Handle PMs, rental turnarounds, and repairs efficiently so the fleet keeps moving

- Write clear work orders so the next person knows what was found and what was done

- Share what you know with newer techs when they get stuck

What you bring

- A few years of hands-on experience on heavy equipment, diesel, ag, or similar machines

- Confidence working through hydraulic and electrical troubleshooting without step-by-step direction

- Comfort with schematics, service manuals, and laptop diagnostics

- A valid drivers license.
