·   Maintain accurate, version-controlled records of commercial invoices, packing lists, and supporting documents in line with company, customs, and customer requirements.

Reporting and Workflow Improvement

·   Prepare recurring reports on invoice and packing-list accuracy and timeliness, backlog, missing documents, customer escalations, and shipment delays linked to documentation. Track key performance indicators and share clear summaries of trends and follow-up actions.

·   Reconcile report data, identify recurring gaps and causes, and recommend practical improvements to templates, checklists, data capture, and handoffs.

·   Work with Information Technology and process owners to improve workflow visibility and automation; support system and report testing, updates, and rollout.

·   Experience preparing commercial invoices and packing lists and reviewing shipping documents. Knowledge of Incoterms, customs processes, HS codes, and product and origin data is preferred. Familiarity with customs requirements in Europe and Africa is an advantage.

·   Strong Excel skills and practical data analysis ability, including validating, reconciling, and reporting information. Able to manage priorities and meet shipment deadlines.

·   Working knowledge of Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM), or other shipment, customs, or enterprise systems is an advantage. Able to learn new systems and support process changes.
