IT asset management & logistics analyst

What success looks like in this role:

- Manage ServiceNow stock tickets, CMDB updates, and ITAM activities.
- Forecast and govern asset inventory across internal and vendor locations.
- Maintain stockrooms, transfers, inventory accuracy, and asset tracking.
- Coordinate laptop shipments and logistics.
- Support asset recovery, offboarding, disposal, and audits.
- Provide reporting, vendor coordination, and stakeholder support.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

- ServiceNow (preferred, other ticket tool knowledge as bare minimum accepted) proficiency with strong understanding of asset lifecycle and ITAM processes
- Expert knowledge of CMDB/AMDB , including data integrations and record management.
- 5-7 years of IT experience , including 1-2 years in Asset Management at least
- Strong stakeholder communication skills across clients, vendors, and technical teams.
- Advanced Excel skills for analysis, reporting and data validation.
- High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Business fluent English language skills (written and spoken)
