You guide the creation of repeatable solution designs grounded in secure-by-design principles, incorporating AI-driven security capabilities and automation to strengthen threat detection, response, and operational resilience.</span><span> </span></p></div><br><br><b>Responsibilities</b><br><div><p><span>As a Security Partner Solution Architect (PSA), you enable partners to design and deliver secure, scalable, repeatable security solutions and offerings aligned to Zero Trust, using Microsoft Security technologies such as Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Defender XDR (including Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Identity, Defender for Office, and Defender for Cloud Apps), Microsoft Entra, and Microsoft Purview.</span><span> </span></p></div><div><p><span>You help partners embrace </span><span>AI-powered and agentic security capabilities</span><span>, enabling them to build intelligent, automated security operations and next-generation managed security services.</span><span> </span></p></div><div><p><span>You lead technical workshops and architecture reviews, unblock complex implementation issues, and ensure solutions are production-ready with strong security posture and operational readiness.</span><span> </span></p></div><div><p><span>You also guide partners on their MAICPP Security designation and specialization journey (e.g., Cloud Security, Identity and Access Management, Threat Protection, Information Protection &amp; Governance), aligning solution builds to the required capability areas so offerings can be validated and scaled.</span><span> </span></p></div><div><p><span>You collaborate closely with Partner Development Managers (PDMs) and Partner Solution Specialists (PSSs) to translate partner business objectives into actionable technical plans, aligning solution development, technical investments, and execution with measurable business outcomes.</span></p></div><br><br><b>Qualifications</b><br><div><div> </div><div><p><strong><span>Required/minimum qualifications</span><span> </span></strong></p></div><div><p><span>Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND proven experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience.</span><span> </span></p></div><div><p><strong><span>Additional or preferred qualifications</span><span> </span></strong></p></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><span>Fluency in Danish / Norwegian is preferred</span></li><li><p><span>Demonstrated experience designing and implementing enterprise security architectures across cloud, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments.</span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p><span>Strong technical expertise in one or more security domains, such as threat protection, identity and access management, cloud security, data security, or security operations.</span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p><span>Hands-on experience with Microsoft Security technologies, including Microsoft Sentinel, Defender XDR, Entra, or Purview.</span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p><span>Experience with security automation, AI-driven security operations, or emerging agentic security architectures.</span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p><span>Experience designing scalable security solutions, managed services, or reusable technical offerings.</span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div></div><div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p><span>Demonstrated ability to lead technical workshops, architecture reviews, and complex technical engagements with customers or partners.</span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p><span>Relevant industry certifications, such as Microsoft Security certifications (SC-100, SC-200, SC-300, SC-401), CISSP, CCSP, or equivalent.</span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><p><span> </span></p></div></div> <br><br><p>Cloud Solution Architecture IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across Denmark is kr 726,700.00 - kr 1,320,000.00 per year.
