Rockin Rudy's Attic is a ‘must see’ destination in Missoula. One of our three locations, and the most recently opened, Rockin Rudy’s Attic, specializes in vintage toys, sports collectibles, music memorabilia, posters and more. Rudy’s Attic is full of one of a kind items that require specialized-research based pricing, merchandising and knowledge based customer service. Additional staff will play an integral role in the continued growth and success at Rockin Rudy's Attic. This role will require a thirst for specialized knowledge about cool vintage stuff, adaptability and a willingness to learn new skills. At Rockin Rudy’s, we prioritize customer service with a positive attitude above all else. The new Attic clerk position will be trained on both the in-store and online shop aspects of the business.

This position will be a flex position, starting with roughly 8-16 hours weekly. There may be room to grow these hours and the position over time. An ideal schedule would be Sunday/Monday or Monday/Tuesday, with some flexibility.

Our ideal candidate will:

- High level of comfort using Google Suite including Google Sheets and Google Docs.

- Able to learn new technologies quickly.

- Excellent customer service skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.

- Strong ability to research products and write creatively and technically.

- Able to (or be trained) to handle posters, collectible handling, store policies, and shipment processing.

- Pays close attention to detail and manages time wisely

- Has a strong work ethic and can be relied upon for excellent customer service.

- Approachable and open to feedback

- Has availability between 10-6pm

- Experience w/ Shopify or other inventory management systems / websites
