Work Environment

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple transactions and competing deadlines in a collaborative, fast-paced legal environment.

We are particularly interested in candidates with direct experience handling commercial real estate closings and lender-side loan transactions, including preparing and reviewing financing documents, managing closing checklists, coordinating document execution, and ensuring the timely satisfaction of closing requirements.

Candidates should possess strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently while supporting attorneys throughout all stages of a transaction.

- Assist with title and lien reviews, UCC searches, UCC financing statements, and related filings.

- Coordinate the recording and filing of mortgages, assignments, satisfactions, and other transaction documents.

- Assist with the preparation and review of settlement statements, closing statements, and disbursement-related documentation.

- Track loan closing conditions, funding requirements, and post-closing obligations.
