As a Bilingual Teller, you'll help our members with their everyday financial needs while gaining hands-on experience in the credit union industry and building skills that can open doors throughout Credit Union of Denver. Many of our Tellers have advanced into roles in lending, accounting, leadership, and even our executive team.

Position Responsibilities:

Create a Great Member Experience Welcome members, assist with everyday financial transactions, and provide friendly, dependable service in both English and Spanish.

Handle Transactions with Confidence Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, and other transactions while maintaining a balanced cash drawer.

Build Relationships & Provide Solutions Answer questions, help resolve concerns, and build positive relationships by making members feel supported and valued.

What We're Looking For:

- Previous customer service and cash-handling experience.

- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- A friendly, service-focused approach and a desire to help members.

- Interest in building your knowledge and growing within financial services.

Position Details:

- Full Time, Non-Exempt position

- Work Location: 9305 W Alameda Ave. Lakewood, CO 80226 | Onsite

- Schedule: Weekday shifts between 7:45 AM- 5:45 PM, plus Saturdays from 8:45 AM-1:15 PM. Employees working this Saturday schedule receive a half-day off during the week.

- Scheduled to work 40 hours per week, Overtime may be required based on business needs and in accordance with company policy.

Pay Range:

$20.66-$22.65 / per hour (Hourly)

Bilingual Pay: Receive an additional $1.00 per hour for verified English/Spanish proficiency.
