At Juicekeys, fast is part of what we sell. Our guests come to us because they want great food and service without losing their lunch break to a line. Nobody should wait 15 minutes for something that should take 3. You are the reason that promise holds true.

If you love a busy room, a steady rhythm, and the satisfaction of seeing someone walk away happy and on time, you'll fit right in.

What the job really looks like

We'd rather you know exactly what you're signing up for before day one.

- It's fast. Our busiest windows (around lunch 11:30–1:30 - morning rush 7–9]) are non-stop. Orders come in quickly, and we aim to get every guest served within the desired ticket times.

- It's team-based. Everyone moves together, calls out what they need, and covers for each other. Nobody runs the floor alone.

- It's on your feet. You'll be standing, moving, and lifting for most of your shift.

- It's quieter between rushes. The pace rises and falls. Slower stretches are for restocking, cleaning, and training.

What you'll do

- Greet every guest warmly and take orders accurately and efficiently

- Prepare, assemble, and hand off orders to our speed standard

- Operate the POS and handle payments

- Keep the counter, dining area, and stations clean and stocked

- Communicate clearly with kitchen and teammates during rushes

- Handle questions or mistakes calmly and fix them fast

- Follow food safety and cleanliness standards

Requirements

- 16+ to work at our establishment

- Able to stand for an entire shift

- Availability: Mon-Fri 3pm-6:30pm and weekend availability is mandatory

- No experience necessary; we'll teach you the rest
