Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst / Product Manager to own the product backlog for the commercial systems that power pricing, quoting, contracting, and billing. The role focuses on Salesforce CPQ, DocuSign, Conga, and a billing platform, and on Quote-to-Cash processes affected by pricing changes, complex deal structures, and M&A activity. The successful candidate will define business needs before solutions, translate them into build-ready requirements, and own the outcome through delivery. This is not a hands-on configuration role, and the analyst will partner closely with architects, engineers, and commercial stakeholders who own the technical design and build.

Key Responsibilities

Backlog Ownership & Product Management
• Own the commercial systems product backlog across pricing, quoting, contracting, billing, and Quote-to-Cash processes.
• Manage enhancements spanning Salesforce CPQ, DocuSign, Conga, the billing platform, and related commercial applications.
• Prioritize requests based on business value and the underlying problem being solved.

Requirements Definition & Problem Evaluation
• Translate business problems into prioritized product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and build-ready specifications.
• Evaluate pricing, deal structure, RevOps, and M&A requests to identify root problems and appropriate product outcomes.
• Define what the business needs before recommending a solution.

Delivery & Outcome Ownership
• Partner with architects and engineers through solution design, development, testing, and delivery.
• Validate delivered outcomes against the original business need and acceptance criteria.
• Optimize commercial processes as part of delivery.

Stakeholder Collaboration
• Drive alignment across Commercial Operations, Revenue Operations, Finance, Sales, and Technology stakeholders.
• Communicate priorities, trade-offs, and delivery status clearly to business and technical partners.

Required Qualifications
• 7+ years of experience in business systems, product management, Commercial Operations, Revenue Operations, or Quote-to-Cash platforms.
• Proficiency in Salesforce CPQ, pricing, quoting, contracting, billing, and end-to-end Quote-to-Cash processes.
• Experience with DocuSign, Conga, billing platforms, Salesforce, contract workflows, and commercial systems integrations.
• Experience in RevOps and Commercial Ops, including pricing changes and complex deal structures.
• Experience with product backlogs, requirements definition, process optimization, acceptance criteria, stakeholder management, and delivery ownership.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in B2B SaaS environments.
• Experience supporting M&A-driven system requirements.

Core Skills & Attributes
• Take ownership of problems and outcomes from definition through delivery.
• Apply critical thinking to determine whether each request solves the real business problem.
• Translate business needs into clear, build-ready requirements.
• Manage stakeholders effectively across commercial, finance, and technology teams.
• Communicate clearly in both verbal and written form.
