About the Role

As an In-Home Sales Representative , you will meet with homeowners who have requested information about remodeling their bathrooms.

Using our proven sales system and industry-leading design technology, you'll help customers choose the best solution for their home while delivering an outstanding buying experience.

This is a consultative sales role where you will build trust, present customized solutions, and close sales during scheduled in-home appointments.

What You'll Do

- Meet with pre-qualified homeowners at scheduled appointments
- Conduct professional in-home design consultations
- Utilize iPad-based technology to create custom bath remodeling solutions
- Present product options and financing solutions
- Build strong relationships and establish trust with homeowners
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations and close deals
- Follow up with customers throughout the sales process
- Attend sales meetings and ongoing training sessions
- Consistently meet and exceed sales goals

What We're Looking For

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous in-home sales experience
- Home improvement, remodeling, roofing, windows, siding, HVAC, solar, or construction sales experience
- Strong closing and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Self-motivated and highly competitive mindset
- Ability to work evenings and Saturdays as needed
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Comfortable using tablets and sales technology
