SAIC is seeking an Integration Technician in North Charleston, SC .
Job Duties:
- Installing equipment into racks, labeling cables, running cables.
- Read and interpret drawings and wiring diagrams to effectively interconnect rack components.
- Identify and report design or fitment issues and work with drafters and engineers to resolve issue quickly to minimize production delays.
- Must be able to multitask and adapt to rapid changes that are made during the build process.
- Provide technical support during system testing. Must perform well under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Qualifications:
- High school education or equivalent (GED) and three (3) years related experience. Will accept associates degree in engineering technology or formal electronics training in lieu of experience.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal skills.
- Candidate must have the ability to operate effectively in a team environment and able to take direction and constructive criticism.
- Candidate must be a US Citizen.
- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance.
- Must be able to lift and carry at least 40 lbs.
Desired Qualifications:
- Three years experience in maintenance or manufacturing.
