## Your mission, roles and responsibilities

The GPS Analyst is responsible for the administrative implementation of purchasing actions

The candidate is responsible for:

- Placing open orders, closed orders, and cancelling orders (for parts, tools, transport)
- Launch price increase approval workflows (ePVS)
- Updating prices in SAP after ePVS approval by purchasing Management
- Management of blocked invoices for price differences – liaison with accounts payable dept
- Filing and archiving the legal documents as orders, LTA, Tooling investment, QAA…
- Supplier creation workflow creation (MDM)
- Tracking the suppliers’ reply for signature, contracts, RFQ, …
- Leading the communication between different departments linked to the purchasing organization
- Making sure that the purchasing policy is applied in line with Internal control principles

## Your profile and competencies to succeed

- Bachelor’s degree in business or in Purchasing (with one year experienced) OR apprenticeship with business background and 2 – 3 years’ experience in an industrial context
- interest in purchasing actions.
- Focus on rigour, exactness, and strong ability to communicate.
- Being able to work in a matrix organization and with IT tools.
- Responsiveness and problem resolutions skills
- English Fluency
- SAP knowledge
