·       Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, DevOps, Program Management, vendors, and business stakeholders to resolve issues and drive quality improvements throughout the software development lifecycle.

·       Champion quality engineering best practices, Agile delivery processes, test automation adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives while mentoring junior Quality Engineers and contributing to quality metrics and release reporting.

Job Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, with 10+ years of Quality Engineering experience supporting enterprise software applications.

·       Strong experience in both manual and automated testing methodologies, including test planning, execution, defect management, and quality assurance best practices.

·       Strong expertise in database validation and data testing, including SQL and NoSQL databases, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across systems.

·       Experience working within Agile, Scrum, and DevOps environments, including integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar platforms.

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including defect triage, root cause analysis, performance investigation, and the use of monitoring and observability tools to diagnose issues.

·       Experience supporting retail, fuel retail, hospitality, POS, or other enterprise transaction-based platforms, including validation of payment processing, loyalty integrations, transaction flows, and store operations workflows.

·       Experience testing cloud-native and Kubernetes-based applications, with knowledge of BDD frameworks and practices, scalability, resiliency, and reliability testing, and participation in large-scale enterprise transformation or modernization initiatives
