About this role

Frontify is the brand platform behind some of the world's leading organizations, including Microsoft, Telefónica, Bosch, Mercedes-Benz, and Kia. We help every team bring brands to life — with governance in one place, seamless workflows across the tools people already use, and a foundation that's ready for AI.

We're driven by collaboration, curiosity, and the belief that great work can happen anywhere. What began in St. Gallen has grown to London, New York, and beyond. Wherever you join us, you'll take ownership from day one, shape work that reaches global brands, and help redefine how brands work in the age of AI.

What you'll shape

At Frontify, we're helping some of the world's leading brands bring their identities to life. As our Sales Manager, Growth, you'll play a key role in scaling our US sales organization by building a high-performing team, developing emerging sales talent, and creating more effective ways to win.

Reporting to our VP of Sales and Account Management, US, you'll lead a team of five Account Executives, with the ambition to grow to 8–10 through a combination of talent development, headcount growth, and AI-driven efficiencies. Your team will focus on opportunities up to $50,000 in annual contract value (ACV), navigating fast-paced sales cycles ranging from one week to three months.

You'll bring structure, energy, and a coaching mindset to a team that's ready to grow. From strengthening our sales playbook to embedding AI into everyday workflows, you'll help sellers build confidence, improve performance, and turn great sales practices into repeatable success. Your impact will go beyond the numbers — you'll shape how our Growth team works, learns, and scales.

What you'll do

- Lead, coach, and develop a team of five Account Executives, creating the foundations to scale the team to 8–10 sellers over time.
- Own team performance, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy, using data to identify opportunities to improve conversion, productivity, and sales velocity.
- Develop early-career sellers through regular 1:1s, call reviews, role-play, and actionable feedback that builds confidence and independence.
- Drive consistent execution of our Growth sales playbook across qualification, discovery, demos, and follow-up, while identifying opportunities to improve how we sell.
- Hire, onboard, and develop sales talent, setting clear expectations, recognizing achievements, and supporting individual growth and performance.
- Analyze sales performance, deal progression, and team productivity to identify bottlenecks, test improvements, and scale successful practices.
- Partner with Marketing, SDR leadership, Sales Engineering, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success to strengthen pipeline generation, lead management, evaluations, and customer handoffs.
- Champion AI-first ways of working, embedding practical tools and workflows that improve sales preparation, coaching, follow-up, and team efficiency.
- Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning where sellers feel empowered to take ownership and grow.
- Work in a hybrid setup, spending two days per week in our New York City office.

What you bring

- 5+ years of experience in SaaS sales, including 2+ years of people management experience leading closing Account Executives.
- Proven experience managing high-volume SMB or mid-market sales motions, ideally with deal sizes up to $50,000 ACV and sales cycles ranging from one week to three months.
- A strong track record of coaching, hiring, and developing sales talent, with examples of helping early-career sellers grow into consistent performers.
- Confidence managing team performance, pipeline health, and forecasting, using Salesforce and sales data to make informed decisions.
- A practical, data-driven approach to improving conversion rates, sales velocity, and team productivity.
- The ability to translate an established sales playbook into consistent execution, while identifying and scaling improvements that drive measurable results.
- A coaching mindset that combines clear expectations, constructive feedback, and genuine investment in people's development.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT Work, Copilot, or Claude to improve sales and management workflows, with the ability to evaluate outputs and support team adoption.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the confidence to align stakeholders and turn ideas into action.
- Experience selling marketing, brand, creative, or content software is a plus.
