What You'll Do

As an HVAC Service Technician Trainee, you'll work alongside experienced professionals while developing the technical skills and confidence needed to service residential heating and cooling systems.

- Participate in structured, hands-on training to learn HVAC fundamentals, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair.
- Shadow and learn from experienced HVAC Service Technicians in the field.
- Assist with diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing residential heating and cooling systems under supervision.
- Learn how to use HVAC tools, equipment, and diagnostic technology.
- Develop strong customer service and communication skills while interacting with homeowners.
- Follow company safety procedures, industry standards, and best practices.
- Work toward earning industry certifications and developing the skills needed to become an independent HVAC Service Technician.

Requirements

- Experience in a hands-on or service-related industry is a plus, but not required.
