Title: D365 CE Functional Consultant 
Location: Remote 
Description  
The D365 CE Functional Consultant gathers requirements, documents business processes, configures Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform capabilities, supports testing and training, and helps clients adopt practical CRM/CX solutions. Senior-level consultants are expected to own defined workstreams with limited oversight and guide junior resources where appropriate.  
Core responsibilities  
Participate in discovery and design sessions to capture business requirements, current-state process issues, future-state process needs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and configuration decisions.
