What You Will Get To Do:

- Record all data within the accounting database for report execution

- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations accurately/timely

- Record income/(expense) items and adhere to the terms (allocations) outlined within the partnership

- agreements.

- Prepare capital call / distribution calculations & notices.

- Prepare quarterly workpaper packages (BS/SO/TB/etc.)

- Prepare carried interest calculations as defined in partnership agreements.

- Prepare and issue quarterly capital statements and financial statements

- Complete audit confirmation requests

- Assist on various product enhancement projects as identified by management

What You Will Bring:

- Accounting, Finance or Mathematics major

- Basic understanding of financial and accounting principles

- Minimum GPA of 3.2

- Proven ability to work as part of a team

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong organizational skills

- Experienced in Microsoft Office suite

- Strong attention to detail

- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Actual base salary will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant skills, prior experience, education, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.

California: The expected base salary for the position is between $25.00 USD/hour to $32.00 USD/hour.
