We're Hiring an HVAC Sales Manager!

We're looking for a driven, hands-on leader who knows how to build high-performing sales teams, coach for success, and drive results.

This isn't a sit-behind-a-desk management role. We want someone who leads by example, gets involved in the field, and knows how to bring out the best in their team.

What You'll Do

- Lead, coach, and develop a team of HVAC Sales Representatives.
- Conduct weekly 1:1s, ride-alongs, and performance coaching.
- Drive sales performance, revenue goals, and KPIs.
- Hold your team accountable while creating a positive, results-driven culture.
- Partner our General Manager on business goals, forecasting, and budgets.
- Provide hands-on support and remain accessible to your team during working hours.
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience and ethical sales practices.

What We're Looking For

- 2+ years of sales management experience required.
- Direct in-home sales experience required.
- HVAC, plumbing, or home services experience preferred.
- Proven ability to lead teams and improve sales performance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
- Experience tracking sales KPIs and performance metrics.
- Basic Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
