AMLI Residential is hiring an EPA-certified HVAC Maintenance Technician at AMLI Brookhaven, our brand-new, 630-unit luxury apartment community in the Brookhaven area of Atlanta. As part of our maintenance team, you'll help get our new community up and running, welcome our first residents, and ensure apartment homes, amenities, and building systems operate at their best.

What You'll Do

- Keep HVAC Systems Running: Diagnose air conditioning issues, troubleshoot HVAC equipment, perform repairs, and complete routine system maintenance.
- Handle a Variety of Repairs: Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, carpentry, and other apartment components.
- Deliver Excellent Resident Service: Respond promptly to maintenance requests, identify problems, and complete repairs professionally.
- Prepare New Apartment Homes: Assist with inspections, punch-list repairs, and preparing apartments for our first residents.
- Prevent Problems Before They Start: Perform scheduled maintenance, including HVAC filter changes, equipment inspections, pool maintenance, and exterior lighting checks.
- Maintain Our New Community: Help keep apartment homes, amenities, and common areas in excellent condition.
- Stay Organized: Maintain tools, equipment, supplies, and accurate maintenance records.
- Support Emergency Service: Participate in an evening and weekend on-call rotation.

What We're Looking For

- At least 2 years of experience in HVAC service, apartment maintenance, or building maintenance.
- EPA Section 608 Certification (Type I & II or Universal) required.
- Hands-on experience diagnosing HVAC problems, performing AC repairs, and completing basic to intermediate HVAC service.
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repairs, and general building maintenance.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work effectively with a team.
- Availability for an evening and weekend on-call rotation.
